-
It’s created when an electrical charge causes oxygen atoms to form a new O₃ molecule, a powerful sanitizing agent. It gives off a subtle clean scent like the air after a thunderstorm. This signals it’s sanitizing.
-
It sanitizes and deodorizes by killing or removing at least 99.99% of common bacteria and viruses on hard, non-porous surfaces.
-
Using cold water maximizes sanitizing power, allowing oxidized water to bind to microorganisms, breaking them down and destroying them.
-
The faucet is connected to an oxidizing generator box under the sink. Tap the faucet twice or push the LED button on the base of the faucet to activate oxidized water.

Replaceable Oxidized Water Generator Cartridge
The Oxidized Water Generator Cartridge is an essential component to the Oxidized Water system. It simply connects to the oxidized water generator box and infuses water with O₃ to deliver the sanitizing and deodorizing power. It is necessary to replace your cartridge every 2 years to ensure maximum sanitizing power.

Installation & Space Requirements
While installation is straightforward there are few additional things to plan for:
Power Supply: This faucet requires a direct outlet, not controlled by a wall switch. For example, if a garbage disposal is plugged into an outlet that uses a switch, that outlet won't work with this faucet.
Under Sink: Need open space for the oxidized water generator box.
Installation Information:
- 1 or 3-hole 8" installation
- Overall Height (in.): 16-9/16
- Flow Rate @ 60 psi: 1.8 gpm, Oxidized Water = 0.5 gpm

A Few Helpful Tips
- Oxidized water works best straight from the faucet—its effectiveness decreases if stored in a container.
- Connect only to the cold-water line. Hot water can reduce the oxidized water concentration.
- While small amounts are safe to drink (no more than 8 oz), we don’t recommend using oxidized water mode for drinking—it’s designed for sanitizing. Use regular tap or filtered water for drinking!
- Avoid using oxidized water in spray mode, as this can make it less effective.
- Oxidized water is a great sanitizer and deodorizer, but it doesn’t replace soap for cleaning.
-
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Avoid mixing oxidized water with medicines or baby formula—it may reduce their effectiveness or break down the ingredients.
- Babies and pets should not be bathed with oxidized water.
- Don’t use oxidized water to rinse your eyes or nose—it can cause a burning sensation.
- While it’s an uncommon action, avoid putting your face in the sink basin while oxidized water is running.
- For food prep and cleaning, oxidized water is a great extra step, but it shouldn’t replace standard safety practices.

Here's how it works
1. What exactly is oxidized water?
Oxidized water is regular water with O₃ (ozone), a naturally occurring molecule made up of three oxygen atoms. Our faucet generates it using an under-sink oxidized generator box—creating a highly effective sanitizer, all from your faucet!
