Order Shipping
Shipping rates and transit times will vary based on the shipping method you select during checkout. Generally, orders shipping ground ($4.99) usually arrive within 4-8 business days, while priority shipping ($15.99) usually arrives the next business day.
Transit times may be impacted by major holidays and special measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, we can only ship orders within the U.S.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you need to return or exchange your product for any reason, contact us.
Our official two-year limited warranty indicates that First Wave will repair or replace, free of charge, during the warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, First Wave Innovation Lab may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Should you require a partial or full replacement of a product that’s sold out or is no longer being manufactured, we will work with you to determine a solution based on product availability.
As a part of Delta Faucet Company, First Wave has access to the resources needed to support your products in the long-term, even if the product is being sold as a limited run.
Returns Process
Need to return a product or cancel an order? Contact us via the embedded contact form, email or phone call. Once the return process is initiated, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.
Should a refund be in order, we’ll ask that you return your product to us. Once we’ve received it, we’ll verify that it’s in acceptable condition and mail you a refund check. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process.
